Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient RPA Blue Prism Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions using Blue Prism. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to automate business processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing automated solutions using Blue Prism RPA toolset.
- Collaborating with business analysts and process owners to gather automation requirements and design workflows.
- Configuring and maintaining Blue Prism processes and objects.
- Implementing best practices in robotic process automation to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
- Testing and debugging automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed robots.
- Documenting technical designs, test cases, and user guides.
- Conducting training sessions for business users and stakeholders on automated processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in RPA development, specifically using Blue Prism.
- Strong proficiency in Blue Prism including process design, object studio, control room, and VBOs (Visual Business Objects).
- Experience in integrating Blue Prism with APIs and external systems.
- Knowledge of RPA best practices and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Blue Prism Developer Certification.
- Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or OpenSpan.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
