Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET FullStack Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack .NET applications. You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
  • Developing both front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, frameworks like Angular, React) and back-end (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) components.
  • Integrating applications with various data storage solutions (SQL Server, MySQL) and ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
  • Participating in architectural discussions and making technical decisions.
  • Implementing best practices in software development, security, and coding standards.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and providing solutions to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Collaborating effectively with product management, QA, and other development teams to define and deliver new features.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience of at least 10 years as a FullStack Developer or similar role, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, NHibernate).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (MCSD, MCP).
  • Experience with mobile app development frameworks (Xamarin, React Native).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
  • Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
