Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
  • Experience in a leadership role, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting project reports and metrics to senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing resources effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipating and addressing issues to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Track project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting tools, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, applying lessons learned to enhance project processes and outcomes.
