Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 12 years of hands-on experience to join our team in California. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Customizing Salesforce applications to achieve business goals and improve user experience.
- Integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Performing Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning components and applications.
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform features and capabilities.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Application Builder.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Communities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
