We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over 14 years of proven success in managing complex projects to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

• Leading and managing multiple projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Identifying project goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Allocating resources, assigning tasks, and monitoring project progress to achieve successful outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Tracking project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Conducting regular project status meetings and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Conducting post-project reviews and creating lessons learned reports to improve future project execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience in managing cross-functional project teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience in industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, or construction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with change management processes and techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Master\u2019s degree in Project Management or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
